1. Data controller

We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the General Data Protection Regulation) and the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania.
2. What data we process
2.1. Enquiry data
When you contact us by email we process your name, email address, telephone number (if you provide one) and the content of the correspondence.
2.2. Client data
In providing our services we process data contained in the documents sent to us: contact details of clients and their representatives, and other data necessary to perform our contractual obligations and comply with statutory requirements.
2.3. Website data
This website uses no analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies, does not track visitors and does not build visitor profiles. There are no registration or order forms. Our hosting provider may record technical server logs (IP address, request time, browser type) needed to keep the site secure and operational.
3. Legal bases and purposes
- Performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) — to provide our services.
- Legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)) — to comply with accounting, tax and document retention requirements.
- Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) — to respond to enquiries, retain correspondence and secure the website.
4. Recipients of data
We disclose personal data only as far as necessary to provide the services or as required by law — to competent state authorities, and to IT and hosting providers acting under data processing agreements. We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area except where this is done in compliance with Chapter V of the GDPR.
5. Retention periods
- Documents relating to our services — for the periods prescribed by law.
- Contracts and related correspondence — 10 years from the end of the contract.
- Enquiries that do not result in a contract — up to 1 year.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict processing, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to info@daivina.net. We respond within 30 calendar days.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (L. Sapiegos g. 17, LT-10312 Vilnius, vdai.lrv.lt).
7. Cookies
Only strictly necessary technical cookies are used, required to serve the page and keep the site secure. We use no statistics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and therefore do not ask for separate consent.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page together with its effective date.
